Meet our new Executive Director!

We are very pleased to announce the hire of Lisa Murrell as the new Executive Director of Community Living Centers effective September 29, 2010. Lisa comes to us with a great deal of leadership experience in managing residential facilities for consumers with developmental and psychiatric challenges.

Her professional foundation includes 10 years of program leadership in the Wayne-Macomb-Oakland region, providing residential and respite care for over 500 families. Most recently, Ms. Murrell was Program Director of an eight home region in Oakland and Macomb Counties, serving residents diagnosed with severe psychiatric conditions. She also spent seven years at the Oakland County Intermediate School District as a Quality Assurance and Program Management specialist.

Lisa brings unwavering dedication and a solid leadership foundation in delivery of quality care for individuals facing challenges in residential, vocational and learning acquisition. She has high energy, is committed to staff development and mentoring and is excited to meet staff, residents and family members.
