Overview
Community Living Centers, Inc. (CLC) is a non-profit organization established in 1968 to provide quality residential care to adults with developmental disabilities.
CLC serves individuals who are 18 years of age and older who have a developmental disability which is attributed to a mental and physical impairment; is manifested before the individual is 22 years old; is likely to continue indefinitely and results in substantial functional limitations in three or more of the following areas of major life activity:
- Self-care
- Receptive and expressive language
- Learning
- Mobility
- Self-direction
- Capacity for independent living
- Economic self-sufficiency
The care provided meets the individual's need as addressed in each individual's Person Centered Plan. CLC homes are staffed with trained personnel who provide 24 hour personal care and supervision and who are deeply involved in the life of our residents.
